This was an exciting year for Chocolations. Our truffles were named the best in Westchester by Westchester Magazine, and I was a finalist in the Next Generation Chocolatier competition. This was a nationwide competition open to chocolatiers and I am very proud to say that my "Good for You" Bar was named one of the top 3 bars in the country. We hope to bring you more exciting news in 2009.
Make it a New Year's resolution to eat more chocolate! You've no doubt heard all the buzz about how healthy dark chocolate is, so why not indulge and feel good about it...it's a resolution you can actually stick to!

This is how the story began…
Easter Sunday almost 40 years ago, I got this beautiful chocolate hen sitting in a basket. How could something you eat be so pretty? It started my fascination with food, chocolate in particular, which led me to start Chocolations….Who will you inspire?

New at Chocolations:
'Chocolate of the Month Club'
Chocolates are a great treat for yourself or a friend.
Chocolations Chocolate of the Month Club is a delicious gift that keeps giving all year round. It is a 10-month shipment with a 12-month supply of chocolate.
Call or come into our store for the list of each months shipment.
We do not ship during July and August to ensure lower shipping rates and the highest quality of chocolates.
In December, a double order is automatically received. You will be able to choose another month to receive a double order, excluding July and August.
You can begin Chocolate of the Month at any point during the year.
All of our truffles contain the finest ingredients. Because they are made with fresh cream they should be kept in a cool dry place but not refrigerated. If stored properly the truffles can last one month.
There are two levels of Chocolate of the Month:
A year of ˝ lb. boxes of chocolate-- $235 includes tax and shipping.
A year of 1 lb. boxes of chocolate-- $360 includes tax and shipping.
Payment must be received in full before order can be processed.
There is a $20 fee for cancellations or address changes.

| Welcome to Chocolations! My name is Maria Valente and chocolate is my passion. I make custom made chocolates for all occasions. This website contains pictures of some of the things I have created.
I am mostly self taught, but recently completed course work at the French Culinary Institute in NYC and am very excited to share with you some of the new recipes and techniques I learned!
My chocolates have been featured at events at some of the finest catering halls and country clubs in the area such as the Westchester Country Club, the Rockleigh Country Club, the Bronxville Woman's Club, the American Yacht Club, the Marina del Rey and the Rye Town Hilton to name a few.
